Yoga is a good stretching exercise that helps one to feel less stressed. The different types of asana of yoga help in reducing the weight.

The deep breathing exercises in yoga help to increase the oxygen intake to the body cells including the fat cells.

This result in burning up of fat cells as result it leads to weight loss gradually.
